I have a love for human resources and molding the next generation of leaders. Midcareer I wanted to differentiate myself, so I got my master's degree in risk management and insurance. I believe it is my God given talents, and unique life experiences combined with my education and passion for people that makes me a great HR professional. I have a few niche areas that I love to work on...Employee benefits/wellness programs, employee relations, self-insured workers' comp plans. My team backs me up with their specializations in other areas of HR. When it comes to risk management and insurance, I enjoy working on creating programs that enable you to retain more risk and tell a story to underwriters so you may gain an advantage with your insurance renewals.
